According to the Chandler Police Department, Trigg Kiser passed away following a few days in the hospital. Authorities discovered a 3-year-old unconscious and being dragged out of a pool after responding to a drowning call in Chandler, Arizona, about 20 miles southeast of Phoenix, according to KPNX.
Police officers first arrived at the house and started CPR until firefighters arrived and took over, the Chandler Fire Department told KPNX.
According to KPNX, the child, who is now known as Trigg, was brought to Chandler Regional Hospital and stayed there for six days before passing away.
“We send our deepest condolences and thoughts to the child’s family and loved ones during this unfathomable time,” Chandler Police Department spokesperson Sonu Wasu said in a statement on Sunday.
With almost 34.4 million TikTok followers, Emilie Kiser is a 26-year-old influencer who rose to fame with her mother-and-wife lifestyle posts. In March, she and her spouse, Brady Kiser, welcomed Theodore, their second child.
On July 14, Trigg would have celebrated his fourth birthday.
