CLEVELAND, Ohio — Pop star Jennifer Lopez has canceled seven concerts for her upcoming “This Is Me … Now” tour, including a planned stop in August at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, according to multiple reports.
Rolling Stone reported Lopez had “quietly” canceled the final seven shows for the tour.
A post on Lopez’s Facebook page listing the tour’s shows does not include the Cleveland date.
The Cleveland show also is not listed on the Ticketmaster website, but shows in Nashville, Tenn., Raleigh, N.C., Atlanta, Ga., Tampa, Fla., and New Orleans, La., all are listed as canceled.
A message on the Ticketmaster website says ticketholders do not need to take action in order to get a refund.
“It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days,” the message says.
Presale tickets for the Cleveland show went on sale on Feb. 20 and general sales started on Feb. 23.
Entertainment Weekly reports “a logistical issue through the promoter forced the last several dates to be canceled.” EW reports there is a chance to “work something out” in the future for the affected cities.
This is Lopez’s first tour in five years.

Lopez reportedly “quietly” canceled the tour’s final seven dates, according to Rolling Stone. The Cleveland date is not included in a post on Lopez’s Facebook page that lists the tour dates. The Ticketmaster website only lists the shows in Nashville, Tennessee, and does not list the Cleveland show. Raleigh, North Carolina. C. Atlanta, Georgia. Tampa, Florida. and Louisiana’s New Orleans. each has the status “canceled” listed.

There is no action required on the part of ticket holders to receive a refund, according to a message on the Ticketmaster website. As soon as funds are received from the event organizer—which typically happens within 30 days—it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, according to the message.
