Major plot points from the FBI: Most Wanted series finale are revealed in the following.
CBS’ FBI: Most Wanted concluded its six-season run with an action-packed finale tonight, following the shocking cancellation that was announced in March.
Shantel VanSanten’s character, Nina Chase, has a heart-to-heart with her father in the opening scene of the episode “The Circle Game.” She has reconnected with her father after sending her sister off to Dallas to start a new life away from her useless husband. Although Nina is excited to head to the airport, her father is adamant about some things he wants to discuss.
He starts by expressing regret for not being a better father to her, but he mostly concentrates on praising all the amazing traits he observes in her.
Check out Deadline.
“You are an incredible woman,” Nina’s father remarked. I truly admire how resilient you are and how you take care of others. You do things the way you want to. Who am I to judge you if you wish to raise a family without getting married? You’re definitely far more skilled at it than I ever was. My favorite thing to say when someone asks what I do is, “My daughter is an FBI Agent with the Fugitive Task Force in New York City.”. It makes my heart swell. Nina, you have my utmost admiration. “”.
After that, he apologizes for never expressing his feelings to her in such a way. Her dad takes her to the airport after they hug and cry.
Later, the team unites to help identify the person responsible for the chaos following this crazy shooting outside a federal building that killed a government employee. After narrowing down the list of potential suspects, they concentrate on finding and apprehending the shooter in order to prevent further fatalities. The criminal is apprehended, but when he refused to be taken in a calm manner, Remy (Dylan McDermott) shoots him down and kills him.
While on patrol elsewhere, Nina and Ray talk about her sister’s recent activities. Ray has some exciting news to share: he and his wife Cora are expecting their first child. No one knows the baby’s gender, but Ray and Nina are hoping for a boy.
The “treasonous scumbag” involved in the unfinished mission is discovered by Remy. Everyone can proceed to the show’s last beats after he is taken alive.
A surprise cake is served, and everyone joins in on a rendition of “Happy Birthday” to commemorate Remy’s special day as the party shifts to Remy and Abby’s (Susan Misner) new restaurant. He reveals a few seconds later that he is leaving his position to retire and spend more time with his significant other. Sheryll Barnes (Roxy Sternberg), Remy’s replacement as Team Leader, is the last revelation.
Everyone goes outdoors for the episode’s last beat to witness the restaurant’s sign, The Muster, being grandly illuminated.
