Britney Spears is sparking new concerns over her well-being after she was photographed leaving a famed West Hollywood hotel.
The 42-year-old pop star was spotted late Wednesday night leaving the Chateau Marmont after an ambulance was called to the hotel on the Sunset Strip.
At this point, it’s unclear if the ambulance was called for Spears, who was with her former housekeeper, Paul Richard Soliz.
The pop star did not get into the ambulance that was summoned to the hotel.
While it’s not clear if the ambulance was called for Spears, the eyewitness adds that a woman in Spears’ entourage was seen speaking with paramedics.
The paramedic ambulance departed the Chateau Marmont at 1:17 a.m. without transporting anyone to the hospital.
ET has reached out to Spears for comment, but a source tells ET that Spears is now home safe and is fine.
Soliz is the man Spears was previously photographed with in Los Angeles back in August following Spears’ split from Sam Asghari.

Following the dispatch of an ambulance to the Sunset Strip hotel, the 42-year-old pop star was observed departing the Chateau Marmont late on Wednesday night. It’s unclear at this time whether Spears, who was with her former housekeeper Paul Richard Soliz, was called for an ambulance.
Spears is seen carrying a pillow and strolling barefoot while covered in a brown blanket. Her short white shorts appear to be on her. She and the others left the premises independently. Once the ambulance was called to the hotel, the pop star did not get inside.
ET is informed by an eyewitness that Britney came out alongside Paul Richard Soliz and a few others. Her front was covered with a pillow, and someone handed her a blanket to throw over. She turned around after taking a few steps and walked back, refusing to get on the stretcher that had been brought out. An eyewitness notes that a woman in Spears’ group was seen conversing with paramedics, though it’s unclear if Spears’ ambulance was called.
A representative for the Los Angeles Fire Department tells ET that the LAFD received a 911 call at approximately 12:42 a.m. regarding the ambulance that was dispatched to the scene. M. Caller did not provide details about the injury. This morning (May 2, 2024) there was a request for assistance for an adult female who was hurt. An LAFD paramedic ambulance arrived at the scene. The spokesperson went on, “At this point, it’s unclear if the paramedic crew saw the injured person or if they offered any medical assistance.”. At 1:17 a.m., the paramedic ambulance left Chateau Marmont. m. without sending anyone to the hospital for treatment. The spokeswoman also mentioned that this call received no response from law enforcement.
Despite ET’s attempts to get in touch with Spears, a source informs ET that she is safe and well back at home.
Spears appeared on Instagram on Thursday, then took down a post in which she seemed to refute rumors about her whereabouts the previous evening. In the caption, Spears seemed to dispute the picture of her leaving the Chateau Marmont barefoot and instead shared an image of what appeared to be an AI-generated image of a man on the beach.
“I think most people know that the news is fake, but I just wanted to let people know that most of the pictures are body doubles!” the caption said. “Goddesses, I’m reaching my higher power and I hope you guys are too. I need a new toothbrush right now. PS. I need an espresso. PSS. I’m not sure why I feel the need to share this. I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m b**chy … sh*t. Nonetheless, I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday. “.”.
Soon after removing her post, Spears returned to Instagram, saying, “Last night, I twisted my ankle, and paramedics showed up at my door illegally.”. ****.
“I felt completely harassed, even though they never entered my room,” she continued. Peace, I’m relocating to Boston. “.
Later, the “Toxic” singer went back to the social media platform to provide additional details about her injury. She displayed her bruised foot and accused her mother, Lynne Spears, of being involved in the incidents that took place before and after the ambulance was called.
In the video, she states, “Last night, I really twisted my ankle.”. It is really awful. In the Chateau’s living room, this f**king idiot tried to jump, and I went down. I felt ridiculous. That’s it, too. ****.
She wrote, “I wish I had grandparents! I can’t stand her! I honestly don’t care I will say it 👍🏻🤷🏼♀️!!! I know my mom was involved!!! I haven’t talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out!!!”.
Through the late-night post on Thursday, she did not elaborate on how she thought her mother, who is 68 years old, was connected to the incident.
After splitting from Sam Asghari in August, Spears was previously seen in photos in Los Angeles with a man named Soliz. He was in the passenger seat while Spears drove her Mercedes-Benz coupe.
When she and Asghari split up last summer, ET had earlier revealed that they were spending time together. ET discovered that the “Gimme More” singer had broken up with the convicted criminal the following month, in September. It’s unclear what their relationship is about at this point.
The 29-year-old fitness trainer filed for divorce less than a year ago, and Spears and Asghari reached a settlement, according to an ET report on Thursday. There existed a prenuptial agreement between the former couple, who tied the knot in June 2022. Asghari won’t get any monetary compensation or spousal support as part of the settlement, according to documents that ET was able to obtain.
