Donald Trump, who is the defendant in two criminal trials for allegedly interfering in the 2020 election, has issued a warning about Democrats cheating in November.
In a Truth Social post on Saturday, the Republican presidential candidate wrote that the upcoming election would be heavily scrutinized to avoid cheating.
“CEASE & DESIST: I, together with many Attorneys and Legal Scholars, am watching the Sanctity of the 2024 Presidential Election very closely because I know, better than most, the rampant Cheating and Skullduggery that has taken place by the Democrats in the 2020 Presidential Election,” he wrote.
Since losing the election to President Joe Biden in 2020, Trump has repeatedly asserted that the widespread fraud influenced the outcome.
He and his allies brought 62 lawsuits challenging the results, 61 of which were thrown out.

Those involved in unscrupulous behavior will be sought out, caught, and prosecuted at levels, unfortunately, never seen before in our Country.”
While Trump has accused the Democratic Party and Biden of cheating, he himself is the defendant in two criminal trials relating to alleged election interference, one federal, and one in Georgia.
The Georgia case relates to a January 2, 2021, phone call Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger where he allegedly pressured him to “find 11,780 votes” to overturn the election in the state.
The prosecution argues that Trump and 18 others were part of a criminal racketeering enterprise to unlawfully change the outcome of the election.
With two criminal trials pending against him for allegedly meddling in the 2020 election, Donald Trump has warned Democrats not to cheat in November.
The Republican presidential contender stated that there will be strict oversight of the next election to prevent fraud in a post on Truth Social on Saturday.
“CEASE and DESIST: I am closely monitoring the integrity of the 2024 presidential election, along with a number of attorneys and legal scholars, as I am well-aware of the widespread deception and manipulation committed by the Democrats in the 2020 election,” the author wrote.
Trump has maintained repeatedly that massive fraud affected the results of the 2020 election since losing to President Joe Biden. Of the 62 lawsuits he and his allies filed contesting the outcomes, sixty-one were dismissed. One was initially successful before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversed it.
“This depravity of justice must not occur again. As a result, the 2024 Election, in which votes have just begun to be cast, will be subject to the strictest professional scrutiny. WHEN I WIN, those who engaged in vote-rigging will face the fullest legal consequences, including lengthy prison terms,” Trump wrote.

We cannot and will not allow our country to further deteriorate into a Third World nation. It is unfortunate that individuals engaged in dishonest behavior will be pursued, apprehended, and prosecuted at a level never before seen in our nation. “.
Although Trump has charged Biden and the Democratic Party with cheating, he is the defendant in two separate criminal trials—one in Georgia and one at the federal level—about alleged election interference. He claims he is being the target of a political witch hunt in both instances and denies any wrongdoing.
In the federal case, it is alleged that Trump participated in a scheme to fabricate electors and send them to the Capitol to pretend to be the winner of several states. He is accused of putting pressure on then-Vice President Mike Pence to count fictitious electors during the certification procedure as opposed to those who had been approved by each state.
The Georgia lawsuit concerns a phone conversation that Trump allegedly had with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on January 2, 2021, during which he allegedly put pressure on him to “find 11,780 votes” in order to void the state’s election. Trump and the other eighteen individuals, according to the prosecution, were involved in a criminal racketeering scheme to rig the election.
