Israel has been bombing the area through the day, with more 30 air strikes in just an hour.
Others are in critical condition in hospital, after Israeli attacks earlier this week.
The six-year-old is lying unconscious in a paediatric intensive care unit, in Rayak Hospital, with bandages wrapped around her fractured skull.
As the bombing was getting closer, Rima was hunkering by her front door with Noor and her twin brother Mohammed.
That missile left Mohammed lightly wounded, and Noor fighting for her life.

There have been 46 confirmed deaths, and more are likely to come to light.
Several others are hospitalized in critical condition following earlier this week’s Israeli attacks.
Among them is Noor Mossawi. With bandages covering her fractured skull, the six-year-old is unconscious in the pediatric intensive care unit at Rayak Hospital.
Holding a copy of the Quran, her mother Rima is sitting by her bedside, praying.

Following an Israeli strike last Monday, everything changed.
She plays us another video of her daughter, this time just before the attack, praying.
“I was comforting her and assuring her that nothing bad would happen. Rima claims that she was pleading with God and the prophets for assistance.
Noor and Mohammed, Rima’s twin brother, were holed up by her front door as the bombing approached.
“We believed that if the building was hit, it would collapse on us, so we weren’t brave enough to go inside,” she explains.
“As it grew more intense, I went to take Noor and her brother in, but the missile moved far more quickly than I could. “.”.
Mohammed was relatively hurt by that missile, and Noor was desperately trying to survive.
