An operations plan advisory from the Federal Aviation Administration reveals that a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch Starlink internet-beaming satellites into low-Earth orbit close to NASA. SpaceX’s launch time and day may be around midnight (see below).

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued an operations plan advisory stating that SpaceX will send a payload of Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit aboard a Falcon 9 rocket.

The rocket will be launched from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Launch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Pretty much anywhere in Brevard, you’ll get a view of the rocket launch − in certain areas, you can get an amazing view of SpaceX rocket boosters returning to the pads. From the Space Coast, the beach offers the best vantage point for rocket launches. Visibility will be influenced by the weather, though, so people should be careful not to obstruct traffic or rights of way on bridges and to abide by posted beach regulations.
If you are viewing the launch along the Indian River in Titusville from Space View Park or Parrish Park, look east directly across the river.
Look northeast if you’re further south along the Indian River.
The closest location to witness liftoff is Playalinda Beach or Canaveral National Seashore, which is nearly parallel to Launch Pad 39A. Look south along the shoreline from the beach; from certain locations, you can even make out the pad.
