A teenage child of two tech executives who was reported missing last Monday was found safe in San Francisco Saturday, authorities said.
The sheriff’s office said Mint had been associated with an “adult friend,” identified as 26-year-old Christopher “Kio” Dizefalo of San Francisco.
Police said a white van associated with Dizefalo was located in San Francisco, and he and Mint were found inside.
Mint was uninjured and, according to the news release, police confirmed she had run away from home voluntarily.

Police said Fake and Mint also share a home in San Francisco, and Fake indicated that Mint may have left for the Tenderloin District of San Francisco.

“Dizefalo was arrested for multiple criminal violations and booked in the Marin County Jail, where his bail was set at $50,000,” police stated in the news release, following his interview with MCSO detectives. Mint was given back to their family members.
After an Amber Alert, the child was discovered safe. An ex-officer who was wanted for two murders was discovered dead during a standoff.
It was last week that Mint was reported missing.
Fake reported Mint missing on Monday, according to a news release issued by the Marin County Sheriff’s Office last Thursday.
Around 10 p.m., Fake told the police, she last saw Mint. m. Monday at their residence in Bolinas, a seaside community about thirty miles away from San Francisco. Mint had left with a suitcase sometime late at night or early in the morning, according to a note found by Fake when she realized the following morning that Mint was not at home.
Since they lacked access to a car or phone, the sheriff’s office stated that it was unclear how Mint got out of the area. According to the police, Fake and Mint also live together in San Francisco, and Fake suggested that Mint might have moved to the city’s Tenderloin District.
