The A55 and A35 were launched with four years of updates

The Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35, two of Samsung’s newest mid-range Android phones, will be available in several markets over the next few months. The company recently revealed these phones.

With their recognizable designs and updated specifications, the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 carry on some of Samsung’s most popular smartphone lineups.

These two devices are strikingly similar when it comes to their primary specifications. Both feature 5,000 mAh batteries, native Android 14 and 6.6-inch FHD+ SuperAMOLED screens at 120Hz. Their differences are found in components like memory and cameras.

More advanced cameras are included with the Galaxy A55 model. It features two cameras: a 12MP ultrawide and a 5MP macro, which support the 50MP primary camera. Additionally, it features a 32MP front-facing camera. The Galaxy A35, on the other hand, sports a 50MP primary camera that is supported by a second 5MP macro and a mediocre 8MP ultrawide camera. Additionally, its front-facing 13MP camera is less powerful.

There are variations in memory and storage as well. The base model of the Galaxy A55 comes with 128GB or 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. Another variant with 256GB RAM that can be upgraded to 12GB RAM is available. In the meantime, the base model of the Galaxy A35 comes with two 8GB variants that have 128GB and 256GB of storage in addition to 6GB of RAM.

Since chipsets tend to vary by region, Samsung hasn’t formally revealed which ones drive these devices. Exynos 1480 is anticipated to power the Galaxy A55, whereas Exynos 1380 is anticipated to power the A35.

Although Samsung hasn’t disclosed the precise release date, these two devices ought to be available everywhere within the next month or two.
