The type of device affects these settings.
Cross-Device Tracking: You can use the different techniques mentioned above to choose not to have your browser track you across devices for advertising purposes. On every device and browser you use, you have to opt out separately. Cross-device tracking may still be used for analytics and other purposes even if you choose not to have it used for advertising.
