The Iowa WBB season celebration will be held Wednesday

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa Athletics Department will hold an end-of-season celebration to honor the NCAA runner-up women’s basketball team on Wednesday, April 10, at 6 p.m. (CT) at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
Fans will have the opportunity to hear from P. Sue Beckwith, MD, Head Women’s Basketball Coach Lisa Bluder and Hawkeye student-athletes, including National Player of the Year Caitlin Clark and seniors Molly Davis, Sharon Goodman, Kate Martin and Gabbie Marshall.
The team’s trophies will be on hand at the celebration, along with the Iowa Spirit Squad, Herky and the Iowa Pep Band.
The Hawkeyes advanced to the Final Four for the second straight year and for the third time in program history, finishing the season as the national runner-up.
Iowa won its third straight Big Ten Tournament title and finished with a school record 34 victories, which are tied for the most in a single season in Big Ten Conference history.
The women’s basketball program and the entire Athletics Department would like to thank fans for their incredible support throughout the season.

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa Athletics Department will host a season-ending celebration on Wednesday, April 10, at 6 p.m. to honor the women’s basketball team that finished second in the NCAA. m. (CT) at Hawkey-Carver Arena.

The Hawkeyes finished the season as the national runner-up and made it to the Final Four for the third time in program history and two straight years. Iowa finished with a school record 34 victories, tied for the most in a single season in Big Ten Conference history, and won the Big Ten Tournament for the third time in a row.

The entire Athletics Department and the women’s basketball team would like to express their gratitude to the supporters for their amazing help all season long. Wednesday is going to be a great team celebration.
