Tony Pollard (ankle) didn’t practice Wednesday, and we’ll continue to monitor his status heading into Week 16 at Indianapolis.
4 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and six running backs in their past five games have scored at least 11.7 PPR points.
He should perform better in Week 16 against the Ravens, and he had 13.3 PPR points against Baltimore in Week 11.
8 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and Harris will likely need a touchdown to save his Fantasy production in Week 16.
7 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, and they have allowed just five total touchdowns to running backs all season.
We’ll keep an eye on Tony Pollard’s condition as we enter Week 16 at Indianapolis because he didn’t practice on Wednesday due to an ankle injury. Pollard is obviously not at his best, but we still expect him to play.
Against Cincinnati in Week 15, Pollard’s ankle injury limited him. Despite lacking a target, he finished the game with 17 carries for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Since the Titans were behind 31-14 at the end of the third quarter, Tyjae Spears was given a lot of playing time in the fourth quarter against the Bengals. Spears finished the game with four carries for five yards and a touchdown and six catches for 87 yards and a touchdown on seven targets. You might want to add Spears wherever possible in case Pollard surprises us by sitting out the game against the Colts, as he is rostered in 52% of leagues on CBS Sports.
In Week 6, Pollard scored 17 points and 8 points per possession against Indianapolis, and the Colts are currently at No. 6 is the most fantasy points that opposing running backs are permitted. It is hoped that Pollard will be healthy for this game because six running backs have scored at least 12.2 PPR points against Indianapolis in the last five games.
Additionally, Mason Rudolph replacing Will Levis, who was benched, should have helped Tennessee’s quarterbacking in this game. All we can hope for is that Pollard’s ankle is nearly fully recovered.
I’m going to start Pollard as a no. two running backs in every league if he is active. By Friday, hopefully, he will have had a full practice, allowing us to confidently begin him. Additionally, Spears is a fantastic backup if he is unable to play, so if he is still on waivers, be sure to include him wherever possible.

Hubbard only managed 8 points and 9 PPR points against Dallas in Week 15, but I think he will bounce back against Arizona in Week 16. He played 95 percent of the snaps against the Cowboys, so Hubbard will continue to dominate touches. In six of the last seven games, the Cardinals have let a running back score at least 11 points on the point. One could classify him as a high-end no. Every league has two running backs.

Dowdle enters Week 16 against Tampa Bay having scored at least 14 points and 9 points per game and rushing for at least 112 yards in three consecutive games. The Cowboys are relying on him as a featured running back, and he has at least 19 total touches in four consecutive games. I’ll take my chances with Dowdle as a No. even though the Buccaneers’ run defense has gotten better in their last three games against the Chargers, Carolina, and Las Vegas. two running backs across all leagues, considering his recent performance.

While we’ll keep an eye on Kenneth Walker III’s (calf) condition, Charbonnet is worth starting in every league if he is sidelined for Week 16 against Minnesota. The Vikings are ranked No. 1, so it’s a difficult game. In all four starts this season, Charbonnet has scored at least 13 points (6 PPR points), which is three of the fewest Fantasy points given to opposing running backs. Against Minnesota, three running backs have scored at least 11 points per game in the last three games, and hopefully Geno Smith (knee) will be able to play for Seattle in Week 16.

In Week 16, Taylor owes us a touchdown. Taylor broke loose for what should have been a 41-yard touchdown in the third quarter of Week 15 against Denver, but he dropped the ball before he could cross the goal line. Even though he had 22 carries for 107 yards and one catch for 4 yards at the end of the game, his 10 point 1 PPR points fell short of what could have been. He has now had at least 100 total yards in back-to-back games, and in the Titans’ last five games, six running backs have scored at least 11 PPR points and six touchdowns.

Ford should expect a heavy workload at Cincinnati since Nick Chubb is out for the season due to a foot injury. With a 62-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, he only managed 18.4 PPR points against Kansas City in Week 15, and Ford scored at least 15.5 PPR points in two of the season’s first five games while Chubb was still sidelined by a knee injury. This is a fantastic matchup with the Bengals, who in their last five games have given up at least 10 points (4 PPR) to seven running backs. Ford should be a strong No. as long as Dorian Thompson-Robinson isn’t a complete bust at quarterback for the Browns. 2. Fantasy back in every league.

RB Travis Etienne.
Jacksonville JAC • 1.
25 years old; 4 years of experience.
After rallying over the last two games to score at least 11 PPR points in back-to-back games against the Jets and Tennessee, Etienne is now a viable Fantasy option for those who have stuck with him. With 14 carries for 65 yards and four catches for 20 yards on five targets, Etienne played 73 percent of the snaps in Week 15 against New York. Since the Raiders have given up at least 14 points and 5 PPR points to four running backs in their last six games, Etienne ought to be regarded as a borderline No. two running backs across all seasons.
RB D’Andre Swift.
Chicago’s CHI 4.
Experience: 5 years; age: 25.
While I still like Swift as a low-end No, keep an eye on Roschon Johnson’s ability to return in Week 16 due to his concussion. Even when Johnson is playing, most leagues have two running backs. After being held to 9.9 PPR points or less for four straight games, Swift only managed 9.4 PPR points against Detroit in Week 13. In the last two games, four running backs have scored at least 10 points and 9 points per possession against Detroit, and the Lions are beaten on defense, particularly at linebacker and along the defensive line. Swift doesn’t need to have a big game, but with all the defensive injuries the Lions have, this game doesn’t seem as intimidating anymore.
RB Alexander Mattison.
Las Vegas LV • 22.
Experience: 6 years; age: 26.
With Sincere McCormick (ankle) sidelined in Week 16, I like Mattison and Ameer Abdullah as flex options. Mattison scored at least 9.9 PPR points six times in his first ten games this season, including four games in which he scored at least 13.4 PPR points. Additionally, in two of his last five games, Abdullah has at least five catches, and in three of those games, he has scored at least 10 points (7 PPR). The answer is no, Jacksonville. The opposing running backs are allowed three fantasy points more than the No. The majority of receptions permitted for the position are 5. If Aidan O’Connell (knee) returns to quarterback for Las Vegas, Mattison will have a slight advantage over Abdullah in what could be a game where both Raiders running backs are productive.
Warren, Jaylen.
PIT Pittsburgh • 30.
26 years old, 3 years of experience.
In Week 11 against Baltimore, Warren recorded nine carries for 41 yards and four catches for 27 yards on four targets, totaling 10.8 PPR points. He has three games with at least three receptions during that time, and he has scored at least 9.2 PPR points in five of his last six games going into Week 16. In Week 16, Warren should once again be a useful weapon for Russell Wilson out of the backfield as the Ravens are tied for seventh place in the league for the most receptions given to running backs this season.
Allgeier Tyler, RB.
Atlanta, Atlanta • 25.
24 years of age and 3 years of experience.
In Week 16 against the Giants, the Falcons are 8 points, 5 points ahead, and Allgeier should have some opportunities to help Bijan Robinson win the game. In Week 14, Allgeier scored a touchdown at Minnesota to earn 12.3 PPR points, and he has at least nine total touches in three consecutive games. No, the Giants are. Six running backs have scored at least 11 and 7 PPR points in their last five games, and opposing running backs have been given the most Fantasy points (4). In Week 16, Allgeier is available as a flex option in deeper leagues.

When Pacheco returned from his broken leg in Week 13, fantasy managers were hoping he would have an impact, but he has not. Pacheco has only four receptions for 26 yards on six targets and no touchdowns in three games, and he has scored 8 points (or less) per game. He still shares playing time with Samaje Perine and Kareem Hunt, and Patrick Mahomes’ ankle isn’t feeling well right now. The Texans defense is No. 1 against Pacheco this week. In most leagues, Pacheco should only be viewed as a flex option at best, and opposing running backs are allowed the fewest Fantasy points (4).

In Week 15 against Philadelphia, Harris had a lackluster performance, gaining 14 yards on six carries and 7 yards on one catch for 3 point1 PPR points. He scored 13 points and 3 PPR points against Baltimore in Week 11 and should do better against the Ravens in Week 16. However, Harris only has one catch in his last two games, and in two of his last four games, he scored 7 points or fewer on the PPR. The Ravens don’t. The opposition’s running backs are only allowed eight Fantasy points, and Harris will probably need a touchdown to salvage his Fantasy output in Week 16. In most formats, he is best suited as a flex option.

No, the Bills. In most leagues, Stevenson is a flex option at best, but he is ranked second in terms of the most Fantasy points allotted to opposing running backs. In his last five games, he has failed to score a touchdown, and in three of those games, he has scored 8 points or fewer on the PPR. He and Antonio Gibson continue to share touches, and given Josh Allen’s strong play for Buffalo, this game could quickly spiral out of control for the Patriots. In most leagues, it’s dangerous to put your faith in Stevenson during the Fantasy semifinals.

One bright spot for Williams is that Jaleel McLaughlin will not play against the Chargers on Thursday due to a quadriceps injury. The drawback is that Williams will continue to touch Audric Estime, and this is not a simple matchup. That’s the Chargers. They have given up just five touchdowns to running backs this season, and they rank seventh in terms of the fewest Fantasy points given to opposing running backs. Despite McLaughlin’s absence, it’s difficult to trust Williams at this stage of the season after his six carries for 23 yards and three catches for 13 yards on six targets in Week 6 against the Chargers.

At Jacksonville in Week 15, Hall only played 48 percent of the snaps, and his Fantasy production was saved by a late touchdown. He had nine carries for 30 yards and the touchdown at the end of the game, along with two catches for 21 yards on two targets. Despite his efforts to play through his knee injury, he doesn’t appear to be fully recovered. Isaiah Davis and Hall will continue to share touches, particularly if Braelon Allen (back) is sidelined in Week 16. If snap share stays low, the Rams should be able to contain Hall. He remains a no in my opinion. Despite being the number two running back in every league, he is a risky starting choice, particularly if he keeps missing practice before Sunday’s match.
