Sharon Osbourne has thanked fans for their “overwhelming love and support” following the death of her husband, legendary BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne.
On Friday (September 12),Sharon took to her Instagram to write: “I’m still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown on social media.
“I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way.”
A private funeral service for Ozzy was held on July 31 on the 250-acre grounds of the house the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer and his wife bought in 1993 in Buckinghamshire, England.
The day before the private funeral, thousands of fans gathered in the streets of Birmingham to pay tribute to Ozzy.

A video of Sharon and her daughter Kelly attending a falconry outing recently, where they got up close and personal with birds of prey, was posted.
Sharon went on, “I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with, even though I’m still finding my footing.”. “Trust and confidence are the foundation of any relationship you form with these strong birds. If they feel safe and unafraid of you, they will decide to perch on you. I am all too familiar with that bond, and the experience was truly magical.

Ozzy’s death certificate stated that he passed away on July 22 from a heart attack. According to the London-filed certificate, Osbourne also had Parkinson’s and coronary artery disease.
The 250-acre grounds of the home the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer and his wife purchased in 1993 in Buckinghamshire, England, hosted a private funeral service for Ozzy on July 31. Of the singer’s friends and family, only 110 showed up for the service, including his bandmates from SABBATH, Corey Taylor (SLIPKNOT), Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Zakk Wylde, and Robert Trujillo (METALLICA).
To honor Ozzy, thousands of fans flocked to Birmingham’s streets the day before the private funeral. At the heartfelt remembrance, Sharon joined mourners with their kids, Aimée, Kelly, and Jack.
In their hometown of Birmingham, UK, Ozzy played his final show at the “Back To The Beginning” charity concert a little more than two months ago, joining the rest of the original BLACK SABBATH lineup, which included guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward.
Ozzy performed a five-song set with his solo band at “Back To The Beginning,” which included guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Mike Inez, keyboardist Adam Wakeman, and drummer Tommy Clufetos. Iommi, Butler, and Ward then joined him for four timeless SABBATH songs: “War Pigs,” “Iron Man,” “N.”. I. B. . “and “Paranoid.”.
Ozzy’s solo set included four tracks from his 1980 solo debut album “Blizzard Of Ozz”: “I Don’t Know,” “Mr. “Mama, I’m Coming Home” and his 1991 ballad “No More Tears” are included, as are “Crazy Train,” “Suicide Solution,” and Crowley.
