During her eight years working for rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, a former assistant has testified in a New York court that he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.

The witness, who gave an anonymous statement using the alias “Mia,” also sobbed as she described how she worked alongside Mr. Combs and lived in constant fear of his violent outbursts.

She testified about her fears of retaliation for reporting his alleged abuse, and the hip-hop mogul, with his arms folded in his lap, watched from the defence table.

On federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, Mr. Combs, 55, entered a not guilty plea.

She remarked, “I couldn’t tell him no about a sandwich,”. I was unable to refuse him anything. “,”.

Mia hasn’t had a chance to be questioned or have her claims addressed by Mr. Combs’ legal team yet.

Along with Mr. Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, she is the second witness in the New York trial to claim that Mr. Combs sexually assaulted her.

According to Mia’s testimony, she began working as a personal assistant for Mr. Combs in 2009 when she was in her mid-20s, entering what she called a “toxic” and “chaotic” workplace.

“The highs were really high and the lows were really, really low,” she said Thursday in court.

She testified that part of her job was to be “always within eyesight” of Mr. Combs and to “anticipate his needs, whims and moods.”.

She claimed that she frequently had to remain at his houses, where she was not allowed to leave without the rapper’s consent or lock the door.

According to Mia’s testimony, Mr. Combs frequently used violence against her when she worked for him.

Mia testified in court that she claimed he once threw a spaghetti bowl at her, barely missing her head.

She also testified that when Mia informed Mr. Combs that the nearby wifi was still being fixed, he violently threw his computer at her head.

She also testified about another instance in which she saw Mr. Combs using violence against Ms. Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, who had gotten to know Mia well while she was employed by the rapper.

According to what Mia told the court, she once took a vacation to Turks and Caicos with the couple. She testified that one late night during the trip, Ms. Ventura hailed Mr. Combs as “going to kill me” as she ran into her room. According to her, they fled and took refuge on the shore.

During that vacation, Mia also testified that she and Ms. Ventura had escaped Mr. Combs’s pacing on the beach by using a paddle board to get into the water. The sky grew dark, indicating a storm, before they realized it.

Mia testified, “I was attempting to determine whether it was more frightening to confront nature or return to Puff [Mr. Combs].”.

One night in 2013, Mia was also present when she reported that Mr. Combs was hammering on Ms. Ventura’s door in Los Angeles.

She testified that when he threw her onto the bed frame, he attacked her and cut open her eyebrow. When Mia attempted to jump on Mr. Combs’ back, he threw her against the wall, she told the court.

“He’s actually going to kill her,” Mia wrote, recalling this thought.

Mia told the court that she “thought that Puff’s authority was above the police,” which is why she did not report Mr. Combs even though she saw him abusing Ms. Ventura.

In one of her testimony, she claimed that she had been sexually assaulted by Mr. Combs on several occasions, including when she woke up to him attempting to rape her.
