Within these snow bands, significant travel issues, including possible road closures, are anticipated. There may be light to moderate snowfall from Missouri into the Ohio Valley, which could make travel slick.
Possible weather-related airport delays: Buffalo, Kansas City, St. Louis.
Good weather: There shouldn’t be any precipitation in a large portion of the rest of the nation.

Potential travel problems: Much of the Great Lakes snowbelt from Upper Michigan to upstate New York is expected to continue to see heavy lake-effect snow bands. There may be significant local travel issues, such as road closures, in these areas due to the lake snow that fell over the past few days.
