In a post on Twitter/X as well as its “Nothing Community” forums – and a 40-minute video on YouTube – Nothing has confirmed that Phone (3) will be adopting the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
The exact reason why Nothing Phone (3) will be using Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 instead of Snapdragon 8 Elite isn’t mentioned, but he notes that it’s the first time Nothing is using a current-generation chipset.
