Teddi Mellencamp announced she’s filing for divorce from her husband, Edwin Arroyave, after 13 years of marriage.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum announced the news in an Instagram post on Saturday.
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.
Mellencamp and Arroyave tied the knot in 2011, years after they first met during a night out at a Hollywood nightclub.
Maybe I’ll hang out with him one more time,” Mellencamp told Yahoo Lifestyle in 2019 of her first meeting with Arroyave.
After thirteen years of marriage, Teddi Mellencamp declared she was divorcing Edwin Arroyave. The news was shared on Instagram on Saturday by the former cast member of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”.
“I’ve decided to file for divorce after giving it a lot of thought. Throughout this new chapter, I want to make sure that my children’s privacy and well-being are my top priorities,” Mellencamp said at the start of her statement.
“I didn’t want to make a public statement, but I felt that being open, honest, and vulnerable was the best course of action to shield my family from unwarranted rumors and speculation. “.”.

A request for comment from Page Six was not immediately answered by Mellencamp representatives.
In 2011, years after meeting at a nightclub in Hollywood, Mellencamp and Arroyave were married. Together, they had three kids: a daughter named Cruz and two daughters, Slate and Dove. Arroyave’s child from a previous marriage, Isabella, is also their shared child.
