Additionally, Lively was seen outside the venue wearing a leather skirt and a black long-sleeved blouse.
The mother of four further demonstrated her Swiftie status by wearing a large number of beaded friendship bracelets on both wrists.
For the event, Lively was also seen holding a diamond-studded purse shaped like a microphone.
Reynolds, 48, on the other hand, chose a more understated look that included a black button-down shirt.
