In screenshots of the alleged text messages, Baldoni and Lively discuss various topics, including the rewrite of the rooftop scene from the film “It Ends With Us.”

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle is far from over. After filing several lawsuits, Baldoni recently set up a website on which he posts evidence of his claims, such as screenshots of purported texts between Lively and himself.

Baldoni claims that Lively took advantage of her strong connections to coerce him into letting her rewrite the scene, which has caused tension.

Blake Lively filed a lawsuit in December 2024 against Justin Baldoni, his production company, James Heath, and other parties. Baldoni and his team allegedly started a smear campaign against her after “It Ends With Us” was released, according to her lawsuit, which also claims sexual harassment.
Since then, Baldoni has refuted every allegation made by Lively and presented a number of countersuits accusing Lively and Reynolds of civil extortion, defamation, and other offenses.
During their Monday court appearance in New York, the judge advised their lawyers to refrain from saying anything that might sway public opinion.
The trial of Baldoni and Lively is set for March 9, 2026.
