According to The Mail, the singer behaved wildly in the lobby for approximately an hour. Additionally, an eyewitness had previously told the British tabloid that Liam was “convulsing” on the lobby floor prior to fainting and needing to be physically escorted back to his room.

The manager called 911 at the time to report damage in Liam’s room and to voice his concern because the room had a balcony, though it’s unclear if he is one of the men seen in the video.

5:11 p.m. A. According to reports, the music star was found by paramedics in the hotel’s inner courtyard after falling 40 meters to his death; authorities later verified that he was under the influence of drugs and only partially conscious at the time of the fall.

Grieving girlfriend Kate is said to be extremely distressed by the unsettling video and questions whether her late boyfriend’s death could have been avoided had assistance been given sooner.

“Every time it seems like it can’t get any worse for Kate, it gets even worse,” a source close to Kate told The New York Post on Saturday, November 23.

Three people were officially charged in relation to Liam’s death, as confirmed by Argentina’s public prosecutor.

Prosecutor Esteban Madrea announced the charges against one hotel employee and two others in a statement issued on November 7.

Three people were charged with the crimes of supplying and facilitating drugs, abandoning a person after their death, and engaging in illicit conduct, according to a translation of the Spanish press release.

According to the statement, one of the people who had been with the artist every day while he was in Buenos Aires was accused of abandoning a person and then dying.

The second defendant, a hotel worker, was accused of giving the pop star cocaine.
