Food Network‘s weekend talk show “The Kitchen” will conclude this DEcember after 10 years and more than 40 seasons.
Discovery moves forward with its plans to split up the linear channels portion of the business from the streaming services and studio.

“The Kitchen” is produced by Garden Slate Productions for Food Network.
The Kitchen, the Food Network’s weekend talk show, will end this December after ten years and over 40 seasons.
With Sunny Anderson, Katie Lee Biegel, Jeff Mauro, Geoffrey Zakarian, and returning guest star Alex Guarnaschelli as co-hosts, the Emmy-nominated series, which began airing in January 2014, will conclude with its final episode on Saturday, December. 13 a.m. A. ET. .
A person close to the production claims that the show’s cancellation coincides with Warner Bros.’ reassessment of its priorities and available resources for the upcoming year’s programming schedule. Discovery continues to move forward with its plans to separate the studio and streaming services from the linear channels division of the business.

Actors Daniel Radcliffe, Regina King, Tony Shalhoub, Susan Lucci, Debi Mazar, Haylie Duff, Melissa Gilbert, Angela Kinsey, Bridget Moynahan, Raven-Symone, and Tiffani Thiessen; musicians Martina McBride, Rev Run, Vanilla Ice, Trisha Yearwood, and Joey Fatone; media hosts Willie Geist, Sunny Hostin, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Daphne Oz; fashion legend Isaac Mizrahi; and, of course, celebrity chefs Martha Stewart, Lidia Bastianich, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Rachael Ray, Bobby Flay, Ree Drummond, and Carla Hall have all been memorable guests during the show’s ten-year run.
