The schedule for the Super Regionals’ final game on Monday has been released by ESPN. Duke and Murray State will play their third game from Durham for a trip to the MCWS.

First game: Murray State 4, Duke 7.

Following their decisive victory over Murray State on Saturday, Duke is now just one victory away from making it to Omaha. The Blue Devils fell behind 2-0 in the first inning but tied the score with two runs in the bottom of the third. Kyle Johnson opened the inning with a double that scored two runs, and they followed that up with a three-run fourth inning. After Owen Proksch secured the victory with seven strikeouts in 5 and a half innings of work, that put Duke ahead for good.

Murray State 19, Duke 9 in game two.

Murray State hammered the host Blue Devils by 19 runs on Sunday, forcing a third game in the Durham Super Regional. After Duke reduced Murray State’s lead in the sixth inning, the Racers scored nine runs in the seventh to eliminate any chance of winning the game. Murray State was ahead by two runs going into the seventh inning and by double digits at the end. They started the game with a 10-3 lead over Duke. Whichever team advances to Omaha will be determined by the rubber match between the Racer’s and Blue Devils on Monday.
