The woman testified through tears under the alias “Jane,” telling jurors that Combs gave her drugs and made her attend the orgies, also known as “freak-offs” or “hotel nights,” during the three years of their relationship. When Combs was arrested by federal agents in September 2024 on charges of prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, and sex trafficking, she testified that the routine only came to an end.
Jane claimed that the “hotel nights” could go on for three days and that she would have to have sex with up to three other men in addition to Combs during the sessions. As Combs would alternate with the male escorts and masturbate while observing Jane, Jane claimed she felt under pressure to please him and turned to drugs to get through the humiliating marathons.
Regarding enduring the sexual adventures, she remarked, “I just feel like at this point I had done so many of these that I just know how to just tune out and get in a zone.”. “I simply turn on this person and start because I know what my partner enjoys seeing.”. “.
Prosecutors claim that Combs protected his reputation as a fashion tastemaker and boss in the music industry by using his wealth and power to force several women into unwelcome sexual encounters and to enforce their silence with violence and threats. In response to the federal charges, Combs entered a not guilty plea; if found guilty, he faces a life sentence in prison. Despite Combs’ violence and drug use, his attorneys contend that any sexual encounters with the alleged victims were consensual and that he is not a sex trafficker or racketeer.
The musician Cassie Ventura, Comb’s other ex-girlfriend, also told the jury about male prostitutes, days-long sex, and the drugs and alcohol that led to it. Jane’s testimony occasionally echoed her claims. Both women described how their relationships with Combs were consumed by the sex sessions, how they had to book the male escorts they were compelled to have sex with, and how they used drugs to get through the sex. Following their initial agreement to partake in the “freak-offs” in order to appease Combs’ appetite, they both claimed to have repeatedly informed Combs that they did not wish to do so.
In her testimony, Ventura said, “I just didn’t feel like I had much of a choice,”. “I was unsure of what ‘no’ would entail and what it could become. “.
Judges were informed by Jane that Combs, a rap mogul currently housed in a federal jail in Brooklyn, is still paying her rent and threatened to stop providing financial support if she did not take part in the hotel nights.
Spending most of her time with the rap mogul at freak-offs, Jane testified that her three-year relationship with Combs was heartbreaking. She testified that she experienced frequent soreness and excruciating UTIs because they were happening so frequently. She added that requesting condom use from the male escorts would enrage Combs.
Defense attorneys have maintained that Jane was Combs’ irate lover, jealous that their relationship did not develop into something more.
Jane admitted during prosecutors’ interrogation that she was weary of the hotel nights, felt manipulated by Combs, and was extremely envious of Combs’ relationships with other women. Prosecutors may have strengthened their case that the sexual encounters were not entirely consensual by presenting jurors with dozens of text messages and notes that reaffirmed Jane’s annoyance with Combs and her repeated requests to leave the hotel nights.
Jane explained to jurors that she had been pleading with them to stop attending the hotel nights, saying, “I realized that since 2021 that I had been saying the same thing over and over again.”.

Prosecutors started the day of emotional testimony by playing a portion of a recording of one of the hotel nights, in which Combs can be heard providing instructions. On the recording, Combs protests, saying, “You’re taking that d—” as Jane and a male sex worker search for a condom. “.
During their sexual encounters, Combs typically demanded that the male prostitutes not use condoms, according to Jane’s testimony. She claimed that Combs would become “unhappy” or “unsatisfied with me” if she asked for a condom.
She stated, “I just didn’t want to disappoint my lover.”.
Jane testified that Combs would encourage the male escort to ejaculate on her but would not allow her to clean it before Jane and Combs had sex, repeating what she described as a “typical” hotel night. A typical hotel night, she said, would involve three sessions of that type of intercourse.
Maureen Comey, a prosecutor, questioned, “Who decided if you could stop when you were tired?”.
Jane started crying and said, “Sean. As she wiped her eyes, her testimony paused.
“I’d give him subtle signs that I was tired, like saying I was hungry, lying down, or just coming in and making faces,” Jane remarked. “You don’t get tired of me,” he would say. Let’s get a great finish. “.”.

The jury also saw a later text message from Jane, in which she attempted to express how she really felt about the hotel nights. “I’m hurting because I’m so much more than being left in the dark in hotel rooms. I wish we could go back to when we first started dating. I don’t want to play this role in your life any longer. Ever since I opened Pandora’s box, I’ve never been able to close it. “I don’t want to play this role because I’m afraid of losing the roof over my head. It’s sleazy, dark, and disgusting,” she wrote.
She was asked by Comey to read Combs’ reply. According to her testimony, Combs said, “Girl stop. “..”.
A voice recording of Combs scolding Jane for complaining that he was seeing another woman while she was the only one who had to put up with the hotel nights was played for jurors later in her testimony.
Combs stated on the tape, “I am saying I could do whatever the f—I want to.”. “Be depressed and go crazy because you’re f—— nuts.”. Proceed with whatever the f—-you desire. “,”.
According to her testimony, Jane used drugs to get involved in hotel nights.
In order to stay awake during hotel nights, Jane told jurors she used drugs like Combs’ ecstasy, taking several doses to get through the sex sessions. They have a three-day run time. When the freak-offs finally ended, she added, she had to take sleeping pills in order to finally fall asleep.
“I didn’t want it to feel like it was too real,” Jane said, breaking down in tears. Make things simpler. “..”.
She testified that she attempted to survive a hotel night without using drugs twice.
“I was just tired of doing that to my body,” Jane stated. It didn’t appeal to me. It was not a fantasy. It wasn’t simple. The fact that it was happening was simply too real. “.
Ventura, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, testified earlier in the trial and claimed that she also used drugs during the days-long sex sessions. According to Ventura, her opioid addiction was exacerbated by her drug use.
According to Ventura’s testimony, “I couldn’t imagine myself doing any of that without having some sort of buffer or just way to not feel it for what it really was, which was emotionless and sex with a stranger that I didn’t want to be having sex with.”.
Jane provides testimony regarding sex workers and drug transportation.
Jane provided detailed testimony regarding the underlying infrastructure that Combs used to carry out the lengthy sex sessions, while also gently describing the anguish and emotional distress she experienced during her relationship with Combs. She described to jurors Combs’ helpers who arranged the hotel rooms, gave the mogul piles of money for male sex workers, and brought him the drugs at the times he desired.
Jane claimed to have transported drugs from Los Angeles to Miami on two separate occasions for Combs.
“I was told to go to his house in Beverly Hills and get it from security,” Jane said. She stated during her testimony that she had previously spoken with Kristina Khorram, Combs’ chief of staff. When ABC News asked Khorram’s lawyer for comment, he did not immediately reply.
Jane recalled her saying, “Hey, just call and I’ll have security come out and give it to you.”. I simply asked her if she thought this was okay and safe. “..”.
She claimed to recall Khorram’s answer. “It’s okay, I do it continuously,” she said. Simply place it in your checked luggage. “.”.
According to Jane, she later took the ecstasy from the package while staying at a hotel in Miami.
