At a performance in Manchester on Saturday, Springsteen was critical of the Trump administration once more, echoing many of his statements from the previous days. Trump attacked Springsteen once more in a Truth Social post on Monday, accusing him—without providing any proof—of a “major and illegal campaign contribution” and raising doubts about whether his opponent in the election, former Vice President Kamala Harris, paid Springsteen for his endorsement.
